1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Agentflare's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
2. Description of Service
Agentflare provides a platform for deploying, managing, and monitoring OpenClaw AI agents in production environments. Our services include agent deployment, container orchestration, real-time monitoring, and infrastructure management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Agentflare for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems. You are solely responsible for the agents you deploy and their actions.
5. Payment Terms
Agentflare operates on a usage-based pricing model. You will be billed for compute resources consumed by your deployed agents. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
Agentflare and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Agentflare, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own content and agents deployed on our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Agentflare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
